with your name, contact number serial number
of the machine and an explanation of the problem
you are having.
We will contact you by the phone
or send you an e-mail with instruction of how to
proceed in testing the machine and resolving the
problem.
For
machines which are under warranty, please make
sure that the controller is connected to internet
before contacting us.
If
the machine is connected to the internet through
LAN (Local Area Network), please provide us with
the login name and the password.
We
can not access the controller for diagnosis
without proper information.
